What is a American Standard Customer Care Dealer?

An American Standard Customer Care Dealer is an independent American Standard dealer of the highest standing– a dealer who is committed to excellence in every aspect of his business; from installations and service, to customer satisfaction and employee training.  Many also have NATE certified technicians.  American Standard Customer Care DealerNot every dealer qualifies.  These dealers qualify on a yearly basis by meeting American Standard’s standards for customer satisfaction and continuing education.

Can I be a A/C Supply customer without becoming a dealer?

We sell HVAC parts and supplies to any contractor or self-servicing owner with a mechanical license and an EPA Card.  Commercial equipment bids are also open to non-Trane dealers.
